Our modern lifestyles are not sustainable. They are neither sustainable for the planet nor for our own wellbeing. I can help you change that by drawing on ethical principles to restore balance in your life and embrace a more sustainable way of living.
My name is Ellie Atayee-Bennett and I am an academic and writer.
I am a sociologist interested in ethical and sustainable living, both in terms of personal wellbeing and planetary wellbeing. I am nearing the end of my PhD which explores ethics, values, and practices among a group of Muslim, Jewish, and Christian vegans to understand how ethical principles are interrogated and reinterpreted in response to modern ethical crises. I draw on the knowledge gained during the past few years to coach individuals on how to lead more sustainable lives by embracing ethical principles and prioritising one's wellbeing.
